BazarPkr Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping from BazarPkr. If there is any valid defect in an item, you can file a return and request a refund. Before sending a refund request for the items bought from our store, read the criteria, procedure, and timeline for the refund process.
Conditions for refund policy
Read these conditions to know if you are eligible to file a refund request.
- You must send a refund request within 7 days after receiving your package.
- The item should be unchanged.
- The item should not be missing parts/labels/tags, should not contain damaged parts, or have any new changes you did not describe in the refund request.
- The item must fall in those categories that are eligible for a refund (See Non-refundable items section).
Change of mind is acceptable if the item is eligible for return. If your item meets these criteria, see the next section to request a refund.
How to request a refund?
If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the upper section, you can contact our team to request a refund. You can visit the “Return & Refund” section and also upload pictures for our review.
We may take 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) to respond to your request.
In the meantime, our team will review your request and decide if it is returnable. After the decision, we will notify you whether your request is valid or not.
If it is valid, we will take 2-5 working days to refund the payment to your given account after receiving the returned item.
Fees associated with return
If you are eligible to file a return request, you can contact us to return your item. The delivery fees that the customer has paid cannot be refunded. However, we will pay the fee associated with the return of an item. The customer will pay the return fee, and we will refund the charges associated with the return after receiving the item.
How long do refunds take to process?
The refund timeline depends on the payment option you selected. Usually, it takes 5-7 working days to receive a refund after receiving an approval notification. However, see the table below for a more precise timeline of refund processing for particular payment options.

Non-refundable items
Not all items are eligible for a refund, even if they meet the refund criteria mentioned in the first section. A customer will not get refunds if the product falls into the categories below:
- Digital goods
- Phones, Tablets, Batteries & Chargers, and Earphones & Headsets.
- Soghaat
- Second-hand and refurbished items (Only Check Warranty for these items).
- Home appliances and equipment
- Gaming and computing equipment
- Audio and Video equipment (camera, TVs, speakers, lenses, drones, musical instruments, video glasses, etc.)
- Baby toys and gears
- Automotive accessories
- Toys and DIY equipment
- Medical Equipment
Note: We reserve the right to change our refund policy after the effective date without sending prior notice to our users.
